Select the option “Change PC Settings” from the menu on the left-hand side. In desktop mode, press the key combination ‘Windows’ key and ‘ i ’. Depending on the type, size of disks, and configuration of the system, the process can take from an hour to a few hours. This takes some time and your computer will restart. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process. Review the information about the page, and click Reset to proceed further. Select Remove files and clean the drive. 
Select the option to Remove everything Removes all of your personal files, apps and settings. Under Reset this PC, select Get Started.
